The customer called me because a very bad leak in the flat roof had caused severe damp problems in the walls of the extension.
The walls were so wet they had turned to slop !

Further investigation showed the chipboard and felt roof was completely destroyed by water damage. The decision was made to replace the roof boards, some joists and change from a roofing felt covering to a one piece rubber membrane.

Once this was completed and walls dried out we could sort out the damage to the interior, reboarding the ceiling and some walls and skimming with plaster.

Once again a delighted customer who has personally recommended me to many people.
